First impressions when entering the office was excellent! The staff was very friendly, attentive, clear on procedures and info offered .. a happy, friendly atmosphere.  The procedural staff was also excellent.  Dr. Ledding’s good sense of humor and excellent staff relations set a positive mood in a stressful situation.  I felt well cared for, in good hands.
